- •Assist the Workplace Solution Team with in-depth analysis
- •Resolve complex incidents through technical localization
- •Optimize client deployment processes
- •Support the transition to Intune
- •Manage operational documentation and lifecycles
- •Oversee change management and system updates
- •Implement new operating systems and features
- •Develop PowerShell automation tools for client installation
- •Create programming solutions for system monitoring
- •Design test cases and quality processes
- •Contribute to continuous IT project development
