Requirements

  • Enrolled student interested in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Proficient in common MS Office programs and digitally savvy
  • Experience in project management (ideal)
  • High degree of self-organization and teamwork in virtual environments
  • Proactive in seeking new challenges beyond routine tasks
  • Fluent German and good English skills

Tasks

  • Support internal and external communication planning and execution
  • Conduct research on health and economic policy topics
  • Prepare information and decision proposals for internal stakeholders
  • Contribute to projects in Government, Market Access, and Communication
  • Assist in organizing daily tasks (e.g., scheduling meetings, preparing and following up on appointments)
  • Maintain and update distribution lists, overviews, project, and stakeholder lists
  • Support internal approval and coordination processes
  • Create and maintain presentations and documents (e.g., PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

Education

  • Currently in higher education

Languages

  • German – Native
  • English – Business Fluent
