Requirements

  • Enrolled in Industrial Engineering or comparable program
  • Team orientation, creativity, structured work approach, and high self-motivation (hands-on mentality)
  • Very good communication skills (German and English)
  • High commitment and willingness to learn
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel)
  • First professional experience as working student or intern desirable

Tasks

  • Create inspection plans and measurement orders in BABTEC system
  • Prepare PPAP parts (labeling, delivery processes to customer)
  • Generate demand notifications for requalification, testing, or measurement activities
  • Request quotes for internal and external testing or measurement activities
  • Store sample parts from production or incoming goods to the measurement lab
  • Digitize collection cards and manually enter quality or operations data
  • Provide documentation for external inspections
  • Regularly update, track, and report Q-KPIs
  • Regularly report customer scorecards
  • Submit scrapping requests for parts in the quarantine warehouse
  • Track and report current supplier complaints in the QPF system
  • Track and report current customer complaints in the MML system

Education

  • Currently in higher education

Languages

  • German – Native
  • English – Business Fluent
