- Optimize 4PL operations and TMS
- Manage logistics risks
- Set global transport, warehousing, and packaging standards
- Ensure customs and trade compliance
- Optimize logistics costs
- Manage logistics crises
- Support customer RFQs
- Define and execute global inventory strategy
- Set inventory coverage and obsolescence targets
- Develop KPI dashboards and deviation management
- Lead global SCM targets and benchmarks
- Standardize best practices
- Select and deploy SCM IT systems
- Design and develop network capabilities
- Build cross-functional and global partnerships
- Develop a high-performing SCM organization
