Requirements

  • VP-level sales leadership in B2B SaaS
  • International expansion experience
  • Outbound sales function builder/scaler
  • Multi-functional team leadership (sales, AM, RevOps)
  • Data-driven operator (forecasting, dashboards)
  • Builder mentality, comfortable with ambiguity
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • 7+ years B2B SaaS commercial experience
  • 2+ years Head of/VP leadership position
  • Fluent English
  • German language skills (plus)
  • Experience in HR tech, recruitment software, or SaaS verticals
  • Experience managing/collaborating with marketing
  • Strong network in European SaaS ecosystem
  • Preference for structured, process-heavy environment
  • Desire for fully remote position
  • Preference for minimal change and slower pace
  • Excited about ownership, ambiguity, building from scratch

  • Ensure PLG/MLG motions work seamlessly

  • Establish a data-driven revenue culture
  • Own forecasting
  • Manage pipeline
  • Own revenue reporting
  • Shape overall company strategy
