- Advising and influencing senior/executive leaders on complex compliance matters
- Setting and driving regional compliance strategy
- Making sound, independent judgments in ambiguous environments
- Expert knowledge of healthcare compliance frameworks
- Understanding of regulatory expectations for healthcare professional interactions
- Translating risk assessments into mitigation plans
- Leading, developing, and empowering multi-level teams
- Partnering with HR on employee relations and organizational effectiveness
- Leading through influence and fostering integrity
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Negotiating and managing sensitive matters
- Strong relationship-building skills across functions and stakeholders
- Optimizing and streamlining policies, processes, and systems
- Embedding metrics to demonstrate compliance value
- Influencing adoption of new technologies and leading initiatives
- Advanced professional proficiency in English
- Comfort operating in fast-paced, complex environments
- Strong attention to detail and solution-oriented mindset
- Bachelor's Degree in related field with related experience
- Master's Degree or equivalent in related field with related experience preferred
Tasks
- Lead EMEACLA Compliance team
- Provide strategic direction for compliance program
- Guide global business practices and standards
- Strengthen regional compliance framework
- Evaluate regulatory requirements and business needs
- Implement long-term compliance solutions
- Advise senior and executive leadership on compliance
- Lead EMEACLA Compliance Committee
- Collaborate with Regional Leadership
- Manage and develop team members
- Oversee complex, multidisciplinary responsibilities
- Ensure effective and pragmatic compliance operations
- Optimize HCP-related policies and processes
- Identify and resolve issues
- Apply internal and external best practices
- Drive practical solutions
- Enhance training programs
- Ensure comprehensive and risk-based training
- Guide policy and procedure development
- Support investigations of potential misconduct
- Collaborate with Global Investigations team
- Ensure thorough and consistent handling of allegations
- Resolve and remediate misconduct allegations
