Tasks

• •Secure binding offer terms with cross-functional experts
• •Build and manage high-performing deal teams
• •Govern virtual data room diligence and corporate assessments
• •Coordinate business case inputs for leadership review
• •Incorporate diligence findings into risk and value assessments
• •Collaborate with legal to negotiate definitive transaction documents
• •Prepare decision-making frameworks for the Board of Directors
• •Manage ad-hoc governance calendars for competitive processes
• •Review new counterparty information from approval to closing
• •Partner with integration functions to prioritize strategic value
• •Coach junior leads to develop M&A execution capabilities
