- Prepare decision-making frameworks for the Board of Directors
- Manage ad-hoc governance calendars for competitive processes
- Review new counterparty information from approval to closing
- Partner with integration functions to prioritize strategic value
- Coach junior leads to develop M&A execution capabilities
- Lead landscaping exercises for late-stage market opportunities
- Assess market dynamics and competitor deal-making performance
- Maintain relationships with financial advisors and banks
- Gather market intelligence to inform capital allocation strategy
