Tasks

• •Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale acquisitions and divestments
• •Outline deal strategies, timelines, and bidding plans
• •Secure binding offer terms with cross-functional partners
• •Build and manage high-performing deal teams
• •Govern virtual data room diligence and corporate assessments
• •Coordinate business case inputs with therapy area leadership
• •Incorporate diligence findings into risk and value assessments
• •Collaborate with legal to negotiate definitive transaction documents
• •Prepare decision-making frameworks for the board and executive committee
• •Manage governance calendars and approval processes
• •Oversee the diligence process from approval to closing
• •Partner with integration teams to prioritize strategic value drivers
• •Coach and develop junior M&A transaction leads
• •Lead late-stage landscaping and market dynamic assessments
• •Maintain relationships with financial advisors and banks
• •Gather market intelligence on competitor activities
