Visual Merchandising Project Manager(m/w/x)
Designing and executing global window and POS displays for luxury Swiss watches. Project management experience in retail design or architecture required. Home office, watch to wear/buy program.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in visual merchandising, retail design, or architecture
- Proven project management experience; watch industry, luxury segment, or creative agency experience is a plus
- Education in visual merchandising, interior design, or retail design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Project management skills and Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with 3D software (SketchUp, Rhino) and SAP is a plus
- Fluent English; additional language is a plus
- Passion for Breitling and the luxury industry
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
- Highly motivated, team player with proactive and hands-on mentality
- Positive spirit, agile and open-minded
- Strong attention to fine details
- Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities
- Strong, fast, and transparent communicator

Tasks
- Support Visual Merchandising Team on decoration, imagery, and product presentation
- Work from design phases through development to realization
- Organize, plan, and create inspirational window and POS displays
- Represent HQ decisions globally
- Transform visionary concepts into high-quality physical executions
- Cultivate strong relationships with premium suppliers
- Oversee development of material samples to final prototypes
- Coordinate with markets and manage internal orders
- Ensure flawless, on-time delivery and installation of VM assets
- Collaborate with Retail and Marketing for seamless customer journey
- Design sophisticated presentation and communication tools
- Develop comprehensive guideline documents for consistent brand expression
- Offer expert guidance and support to global markets
- Create and deliver high-quality VM training sessions
- Uphold and promote VM best practices
- Monitor and analyze impact of VM animations
- Oversee VM administrative activities
- Track budgets, create purchase orders, follow up on invoices
- Coordinate with logistics partners
