- •Assist in developing Category Management strategies
- •Collaborate with technical counterparts to align procurement and engineering strategies
- •Prepare business reports on category spend, savings, and supplier financial analysis
- •Facilitate periodic business reviews with key suppliers
- •Prepare benchmarks to support Global and local Category Management
- •Support the Global Procurement team in defining cost structure breakdowns
- •Utilize AI capabilities to enhance database deployment across categories
- •Maintain the News database
- •Formalize NDAs with vendors
- •Issue Project and Strategic RFQs
- •Establish bid comparison tables and conduct analyses
- •Qualify non-critical suppliers
