Requirements

  • Extensive software development leadership experience, particularly in SaaS and ideally healthcare
  • Excellent university degree in computer science, software engineering, medical informatics, or comparable technical field
  • Strong SaaS architecture, cloud, distributed systems, security, quality automation acumen
  • Proven track record driving AI adoption in engineering teams
  • Hands-on familiarity with Claude Code or similar agentic tooling
  • Deep experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Ability to scale Agile methodologies across multiple teams
  • Deep experience with Lean Management principles
  • Excellent English language skills
  • Very good German language skills
