- Proven track record building and leading high-performing sales organizations
- Experience in digital engagement ecosystems (SaaS, martech, media, advertising technology, agencies, or adjacent)
- Strong consultative, outcome-driven selling mindset
- Consistent revenue growth results
- Proven track record managing large, geographically dispersed teams
- Delivering results in a high-performance environment
- Experience working within or alongside large enterprise organizations
- Ability to navigate complex corporate structures
- Strong organizational skills
- Sense of urgency
- Ability to implement effective coaching and performance management processes
- Deep understanding of digital engagement environments
- Deep understanding of retail and commerce environments
- Deep understanding of media and advertising ecosystems
- Experience with SaaS business models
- Deep advertiser-side, agency, or media-platform experience may be considered
- Exceptional relationship builder
- Conveys credibility and confidence
- Ability to influence stakeholders
- Ability to navigate complex conversations
- Ability to challenge constructively
- Abide by Mastercard’s security policies and practices
- Ensure confidentiality and integrity of information
- Report suspected information security violation or breach
- Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings
