- Guide Digital/IT operations with focused target setting
- Continuously improve and develop the learning organization
- Optimize operational processes into best practices
- Collaborate with C-Level executives and peers
- Execute the organizational vision, mission, and strategy
- Manage capital investments and expenses effectively
- Optimize the entire supply chain for cost and quality
- Manage crises and mitigate risks consistently
- Monitor performance and establish corrective measures
- Create KPI-based reporting structures for current and future forecasts
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders
- Ensure effective people management practices
- Recruit, onboard, and develop team members
- Manage performance and retention of staff
