Description

You will lead critical test campaigns for autonomous defense systems, bridging the gap between data analysis and R&D to ensure every drone and payload meets peak operational readiness.

Requirements

• •2–5 years validation experience in aerospace, robotics, or embedded robotics
• •Solid understanding of technical system testing and validation methodology
• •Wide engineering culture in flight dynamics, control, avionics, or RF systems
• •Ability to design and execute structured test protocols
• •Experience with system testing data analysis
• •Bonus: Pilot certification, military or industrial drone platform experience
• •Detail-oriented with excellent documentation and organizational skills
• •Strong communication, leadership, and team motivation skills
