- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Design complex user flows for web and mobile applications
- Collaborate with product trios (PO, RE, UX)
- Contribute to and evolve our design systems
- Validate concepts with the testing team
- Iterate on concepts based on findings
- Advocate for user-centered thinking across the organization
- Support junior designers
