Requirements

  • •3-5+ years of relevant experience
  • •Experience in B2B context and healthcare background
  • •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • •Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • •Strong collaboration and facilitation skills
  • •Fluency in design process and tools such as Figma, FigJam & Zeroheight
  • •Experience with and contributing to Design Systems
  • •Attention to detail, patience, and aesthetic sensibility
  • •Adept at planning and prioritizing tasks
  • •Strong sense of teamwork and collective responsibility
  • •Working proficiency in German and English
