- Prepare well-researched as-is journeys
- Develop clear guardrails for to-be journeys
- Collaborate with Product Owners on user flows
- Partner with CX Strategists and Analysts
- Map journeys with CX experts
- Identify CX insights and opportunities
- Connect insights to Jira implementation
- Gain experience with journey-management platform
- Apply platform effectively in daily work
- Shape and steer Digital Delivery strategy
- Drive customer experience transformation
- Drive strategic roadmap transformation
- Drive transformation in new ways of working
