- •Minimum four years in client-facing UI/UX role
- •Strong portfolio illustrating experience in designing complex systems
- •Advanced knowledge of user-centered design principles
- •Passion for current design trends and best practices
- •Sharp problem-solving mindset and creative skills
- •Ability to communicate concepts clearly with diverse backgrounds
- •Extensive design software knowledge, especially Figma
- •Proficiency in English, advantage for German

- •Design and refine concepts using design-thinking methodologies
- •Generate wireframes, user journey maps, and flow diagrams
- •Create interactive prototypes with UI specifications
- •Present design concepts and decisions to clients
- •Gather client feedback through user interviews
- •Provide guidance on design topics to clients and consultants
- •Collaborate with the team to shape the design system
