  • Ability to manage Crestron/AMX code

Tasks

  • Design and deploy integrated communication systems
  • Merge voice, video, and data into a single platform
  • Manage and configure Cisco Unified Communications Manager
  • Maintain high availability of communication services
  • Resolve technical issues with messaging and video systems
  • Provide escalated technical support for users
  • Monitor system performance to ensure optimal uptime
  • Proactively identify and resolve infrastructure problems
  • Collaborate with IT teams and vendors on system integration
