Requirements
- University degree in mechanical engineering, process engineering, or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of global turnaround processes and performance metrics
- Fluency in German and English
- Expertise in maintenance processes and technologies
- Proven experience in project management
- Solid understanding of safety, environmental, and workplace policies
- Excellent communication, organizational, and coordination skills, with the ability to lead and influence across teams
- Familiarity with IT systems, economic evaluation, and financial principles
Tasks
- Lead planning and execution of turnarounds
- Align operations, projects, maintenance, and EH&S functions
- Guide the core TA team in planning and scheduling
- Manage cost control and material management
- Allocate resources effectively
- Develop scope lists and manage work inventories
- Build and maintain turnaround schedules and budgets
- Integrate operations and maintenance activities for critical path management
- Champion risk management and identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with Purchasing to optimize contracting strategies
- Drive adoption of digital tools with regional and global teams
