In this role, you will handle the administration of Swiss and Liechtenstein entities, ensuring compliance and managing client relationships. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include drafting important documents, processing payments, and supporting risk management efforts.

• •Minimum 5 years of experience as a corporate officer in Big4 or a trust company in Switzerland
• •Experience managing Swiss legal entities (AG or GmbH)
• •Transferable client book is highly desirable
• •EU/EFTA passport or valid work permit for Switzerland

Tasks

• •Draft minutes and agreements
• •Perform corporate secretarial work
• •Process payments
• •Manage bank account openings and maintain relationships with banks
• •Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies
• •Prepare resolutions and board minutes
• •Document general meeting minutes and KYC responses
• •Draft memorandums on transactions and trust-related events
• •Coordinate client onboarding and prepare KYC documentation
• •Open bank accounts and prepare closing binders
• •Support risk management by identifying and reporting risks
• •Meet governance and compliance requirements
• •Maintain corporate files and update Navision accurately
