As a Transfer Pricing Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping transfer pricing strategies for the Glovo Group. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure compliance and develop effective policies while staying informed on the latest regulations.

Requirements

• •Minimum of five years of experience in transfer pricing
• •Solid understanding of international transfer pricing principles
• •Experience with transfer pricing integration projects
• •Proven ability to manage complex projects
• •Experience with transfer pricing software or tools
• •Experience with SAP and OneStream
• •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• •Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• •Proficiency in English
• •Spanish language skills would be beneficial
• •A degree in economics, business, law, or a related field

Tasks

• •Serve as the transfer pricing specialist for the Glovo Group
• •Manage ongoing transfer pricing integration tasks
• •Provide comprehensive transfer pricing advice across all business areas
• •Prepare new guidelines and policies for transfer pricing
• •Lead the transfer pricing documentation project
• •Collaborate with the central transfer pricing team
• •Analyze international transfer pricing laws and regulations
• •Assist in PMI and restructuring projects
• •Develop and implement transfer pricing policies and procedures
• •Support the central team in improving the oTP process
• •Create pragmatic solutions in collaboration with business teams
• •Support tax audits and inquiries related to transfer pricing
• •Collaborate with tax specialists and business stakeholders
• •Stay updated on transfer pricing legislation and best practices
• •Manage internal and external stakeholders for compliance
• •Compile and organize financial data for transfer pricing analyses
• •Manage projects end to end, focusing on prioritization and process optimization
