- Currently studying, obtaining a University Degree, or recently graduated
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Proven teamwork and initiative skills
- Ability to deal with people from different levels and cultures

- Strong knowledge of SharePoint
- Knowledge of Salesforce (asset)

- Knowledge of HTML (asset)
- Knowledge of SCORM (asset)
- Knowledge of PowerBi (asset)
Tasks
- Ensure smooth operation of IATA LMS and related platforms
- Monitor system performance
- Proactively address issues
- Respond to internal and external support requests
- Troubleshoot problems on LMS, SAP, Salesforce, and Power BI
- Provide timely solutions to users
- Escalate technical issues to vendors
- Follow up on ticket resolution
- Create and update user guides
- Develop process documentation
- Produce knowledge-sharing materials
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to team members and stakeholders
- Provide backup support to team members
- Participate in team meetings
- Contribute to ongoing projects
- Take ownership of special projects
- Conduct research for special projects
- Test processes for special projects
- Implement process improvements
Education
- Currently in higher educationOR
- Bachelor's degree
