Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred
  • Degree in Business, Engineering, Aviation Maintenance, Education, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years aviation MRO experience preferred
  • Minimum 5 years technical training experience preferred
  • Minimum 5 years regulatory training experience preferred
  • Minimum 5 years program management experience preferred
  • Proven senior level project manager competence
  • Proven senior level program manager competence
  • Competence ideally in a regulated environment
  • Strong understanding of aviation regulatory frameworks (EASA Part 145, FAA, OEM) preferred
  • Understanding of engine maintenance processes
  • Understanding of engine authorization/certification requirements
  • Willingness to learn about engine maintenance processes
  • Willingness to learn about engine authorization/certification requirements
  • Willingness to deepen technical knowledge
  • Experience with training program design is advantageous
  • Experience with competency models is advantageous
  • Experience with LMS platforms is advantageous
  • Strong analytical skills

  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluent English skills (C1) required
  • German skills (B1) desired
  • Hold an EU passport, Swiss passport or Swiss working permit

  • Ensure shared services have required inputs
  • Manage classroom training delivery
  • Manage hands-on training delivery
  • Manage On-Job-Training activities
  • Monitor training KPIs
  • Identify opportunities for improvement
