Requirements
- 5+ years in Training & Education, professional/clinical education, sales enablement, or capability development in MedTech, healthcare, or surgical environment
- Strong understanding of surgical procedures, clinical pathways, hospital environment, and relevant product portfolios (advantageous)
- Proven ability to design/implement structured educational pathways and competency-based learning solutions
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders without direct authority in a matrix environment
- Experience with faculty, key opinion leaders, training centers, hospital stakeholders, and understanding of compliance/governance requirements
- Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills; ability to translate strategy into practical, high-quality execution
Tasks
- Define and execute regional T&E strategy
- Align T&E strategy with marketing objectives and customer needs
- Design structured educational pathways
- Support procedural adoption and clinician progression
- Deliver hands-on training programs
- Manage training capacity and utilization
- Identify capability gaps and learning needs
- Collaborate with field teams and stakeholders
- Translate needs into educational solutions
- Build relationships with faculty and key opinion leaders
- Manage training centers for high-quality delivery
- Plan and execute educational programs
- Conduct clinical training and workshops
- Implement blended learning experiences
- Manage T&E budgets and project timelines
- Monitor performance metrics
- Use data to improve program effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with internal policies
- Adhere to healthcare regulations and quality standards
