- Promote the learning culture for Operations employees
- Collaborate with internal SMEs for content building
- Build strong partnerships with functions and HR
- Scout the market for emerging themes and best practices
- Prepare and support marketing for Operations Academy
- Set and measure KPIs for product relevance and outcomes
- Use analytics to drive continuous improvement
