Requirements
- •Qualified degree (BA) in Travel/Tourism or Business Studies
- •Knowledge of Swiss Culture and Switzerland as a destination
- •Understanding of the travel industry and market requirements
- •Good technical skills in Microsoft Office – Word/Excel/PPT
- •Fluency in English, German and any additional language is a plus
- •Very organized and able to prioritize tasks
- •Ability to work under pressure
- •Excellent communication skills to collaborate with various teams
- •Team spirit and ability to work within a group
- •Previous experience in travel industry/customer service
- •Experience in working with various IT programs used in travel industry

- •Support hotel procurement and MICE activities
- •Assist with hotel reservations and land services procurement
- •Gain proficiency in company systems (DOS / QUOS)
- •Cooperate with operations and customer service teams
- •Check service timing and itineraries
- •Book and confirm various services
- •Control budgets for tours of varying sizes
- •Verify service codes, suppliers, and conditions
- •Check service and route availability based on seasonality
- •Review itineraries for feasibility regarding timing and routing
- •Select appropriate suppliers for tours
- •Book and confirm services accurately and efficiently
- •Assist in using suppliers' online systems for ticket issuance
- •Support customer service with troubleshooting for clients on the road
- •Maintain master data and perform other administrative tasks as needed
