- •Rotate through four key trading departments
- •Support Middle Office and Trading Operations
- •Conduct detailed market analysis
- •Perform credit or quantitative analysis
- •Collaborate with Shipping or Digital Lab teams
- •Complete an international rotation abroad
- •Manage crude oil and biofuel assignments
- •Handle gas, LNG, and power tasks
- •Participate in a structured integration week
- •Engage in regular senior mentoring sessions
- •Complete specialized online and on-the-job training
