Total Rewards Business Partner(m/w/x)
Compensation benchmarking, job evaluations for new roles in veterinary diagnostics. 4-6 years analytical compensation experience required. Multi-country exposure for global compensation strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Accounting
- 4-6 years’ relevant experience in analytical compensation, total rewards, HR analytics, or related analytical HR/Finance roles
- Solid understanding of compensation fundamentals (benchmarking, salary structures, job evaluation, incentive plan administration); advantageous multi-country exposure
- Experience with employee benefit plan analysis and administration (a plus)
- Strong analytical capability, inclination to quantifying decisions, experience in financial modelling and interpreting large datasets
- Strong writing and influencing skills for effective communication and credibility
- Comfort with fast-paced, ever-changing, ambiguous environment; resourcefulness and agility in small teams
- Desire to learn new concepts, tools, and processes with limited oversight
- Appreciation of speed and urgency, high attention to detail and accuracy
- Logical thinking and approach
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize work
- Written and spoken English (min C1 level)
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, ability to consolidate/manipulate large datasets, commitment to accuracy
- High proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams

- Assess compensation impact on organization design
- Maintain and evolve salary structures
- Maintain and evolve grading frameworks
- Develop compensation and benefits dashboards
- Perform cost modeling
- Perform scenario analysis for merit cycles
- Perform scenario analysis for incentive plans
- Perform scenario analysis for structural changes
- Analyze pay equity trends
- Analyze reward competitiveness
- Analyze program effectiveness
- Provide clear recommendations
- Partner with HRIS and Finance on reporting automation
- Enhance data quality controls with HRIS and Finance
- Translate complex data into actionable insights
- Co-own annual merit processes
- Co-own annual incentive processes
- Ensure process governance and timeline adherence
- Ensure budget alignment for processes
- Partner with Finance on compensation and benefits forecasting
- Review benefits offerings with vendors
- Enhance benefits offerings with P&O teams
- Design and roll out new or revised reward programs
- Design and roll out new or revised reward policies
- Design and roll out new or revised reward guidelines
- Advise P&O and business leaders on compensation
- Advise P&O and business leaders on reward frameworks
- Develop and deliver compensation training, tools, and communications
- Provide data-backed guidance for complex queries
- Ensure reward program compliance with governance standards
- Ensure reward program compliance with local regulations
- Maintain clear policy documentation
