Global rollout of a Third-Party Risk Management framework, defining AI use cases and IT requirements. Minimum 3-5 years in non-financial risk consulting or accounting/law firm required. ServiceNow familiarity, economics/law degree preferred.

Requirements

  • University degree or equivalent (economics/law preferred)
  • Broad, practical experience in non-financial risk management (min 3-5 years in consulting or accounting/law firm)
  • Sound knowledge of outsourcing/third party risk regulations and best practices
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow for process automation, ticketing, and ITSM workflows
  • Ability to formulate clear business requirements for IT implementations and AI use cases in TPRM applications
  • Strong analytical and project delivery capabilities, turning concepts into practical solutions
  • Excellent PowerPoint and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to rapidly learn new concepts and integrate complex information
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, hands-on personality
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and react positively to change
  • Fluency in German and English, further languages are an advantage

Tasks

  • Support end-to-end implementation of TPRM framework
  • Roll out TPRM framework globally
  • Define business use cases for IT implementations
  • Design functional requirements for AI solutions
  • Execute test procedures for infrastructure upgrades
  • Conduct system migration tests
  • Assist RTO in portfolio risk assessments
  • Review operational cases
  • Monitor controls
  • Handle international regulatory reporting
  • Follow up on action items
  • Manage incidents and escalation flags
  • Compile quantitative reporting packages
  • Validate qualitative reports
  • Prepare committee presentations
  • Update central documentation
  • Develop training materials
  • Deliver training sessions
  • Coordinate stakeholder meetings
  • Track framework implementation progress
  • Conduct quality checks on resolution strategies
  • Review global exit plans
