Requirements

  • Experience in tools for contract and quotation preparation, CRM systems
  • Strong communication skills, flexibility, ability to work under pressure, proactive approach, sales affinity, strong sense of duties and responsibility, good collaboration skills, integrity, friendly, open, and confident personality

Tasks

  • Provide clinical case support for Essential Therapy Accounts
  • Support aftercare for Neuro Key Accounts
  • Monitor surgical procedures in neuromodulation
  • Follow programming of implants and instruct on devices
  • Conduct patient follow-up care in selected clinics
  • Plan and coordinate specific support for new products
  • Implement strategic measures for product launches
  • Enhance appreciation of therapy offerings
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing on customer events
  • Implement software updates on programming devices
  • Manage customer data in Salesforce Lightning CRM
  • Assist with administrative-operational tasks
  • Meet or exceed personal territory sales targets
  • Prepare sales forecasts, quotations, and contracts
  • Bill material consumption and maintain inventory

Education

  • Vocational certificationOR
  • Bachelor's degree
