- Develop standard work procedures
- Assist maintenance manager with departmental efficiency improvements
- Perform root cause analysis for unplanned downtime
- Implement resolutions to prevent downtime recurrence
- Create, develop, and update equipment technical specifications
- Provide detailed technical reports on equipment status
- Participate actively in HSE initiatives
- Promote electrical and mechanical safety
- Ensure tools and parts are available for repairs
- Ensure work instructions are available for repairs
- Follow Health, Safety, Environmental, Quality, and Lean standards

- Bachelor's degree
