Territory Sales Manager(m/w/x)
Managing strategic Eastern European accounts for hard empty capsules. Proven track record in pharmaceutical product sales and Salesforce familiarity required. Frequent travel across Eastern Europe.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales or life sciences field
- Proven track record in sales of pharmaceutical products
- Familiarity with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce.com
- Business proficient English
Tasks
- Manage strategic Eastern European accounts
- Identify and evaluate business opportunities
- Grow market share in the hard empty capsule market
- Collaborate with divisional and regional business leaders
- Work with internal cross-functional teams
- Generate new business and expand the customer base
- Conduct regular customer visits
- Promote current and emerging technologies
- Generate and close new business opportunities
- Identify market trends and assess market potential
- Develop strategies to grow market share in the Pharma segment
- Support operational excellence projects
- Sustain profitable revenue growth and strong market share
- Build long-term partnerships with customers
- Listen actively to customer needs
- Provide timely customer support for superior experience
- Define ad-hoc plans and coordinate with internal resources
Work Experience
- approx. 1 - 4 years
Education
- Bachelor's degree
