Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, Information Systems, Engineering, Statistics, or related field
  • Relevant professional experience in sales operations, incentive compensation, or territory management, preferably in life sciences or pharmaceutical industry
  • Proficiency in SAP BW, HANA, Tableau, and Snowflake
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
  • Thorough SQL and Python skills; Good knowledge of Salesforce data objects and understanding of Lead to Cash process
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Ability to manage and resolve disputes effectively
  • Experience with financial reporting and discussing budgets with Finance teams
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
  • Experience with labor law considerations or Workers’ Council negotiations is a plus

Tasks

  • Design and optimize data-driven sales incentive plans
  • Develop and maintain equitable territory structures
  • Monitor, validate, and report sales performance KPIs
  • Investigate and resolve compensation or performance disputes
  • Partner with Data Governance to enforce data quality
  • Liaise with Commercial Reporting and Advanced Analytics teams
  • Educate and empower the sales organization through training
  • Drive continuous improvement of TMIC processes and tools
