Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, life sciences, or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in project planning and scheduling
  • Good knowledge of project management software like Microsoft Project or Oracle Primavera
  • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
  • Experience with resource management tools and techniques
  • Good knowledge of risk assessment and risk mitigation strategies
  • Familiarity with life sciences industry processes, GMP, and FDA regulations
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is advantageous
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Fluent in English; German language skills are a requirement

Tasks

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans using advanced project management software
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and define project scope
  • Identify critical path activities and potential bottlenecks in project schedules
  • Conduct resource allocation and optimization to maximize efficiency
  • Perform regular schedule updates and inform stakeholders of progress
  • Analyze project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies
  • Create reports and dashboards to provide an overview of project status and key metrics
  • Assist in the development of project budgets and cost estimates
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle
  • Continuously improve planning processes and methodologies
