Description

In this role, you will be at the heart of project management, developing detailed plans, collaborating with teams, and ensuring projects stay on track. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve analyzing risks, optimizing resources, and keeping stakeholders informed of progress.

Requirements

• •Bachelor's degree in engineering, life sciences, or related field
• •At least 3 years of experience in project planning and scheduling
• •Good knowledge of project management software like Microsoft Project or Oracle Primavera
• •Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
• •Experience with resource management tools and techniques
• •Good knowledge of risk assessment and risk mitigation strategies
• •Familiarity with life sciences industry processes, GMP, and FDA regulations
• •Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• •Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• •Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• •Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is advantageous
• •Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• •Fluent in English; German language skills are a requirement

Tasks

• •Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans using advanced project management software
• •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and define project scope
• •Identify critical path activities and potential bottlenecks in project schedules
• •Conduct resource allocation and optimization to maximize efficiency
• •Perform regular schedule updates and inform stakeholders of progress
• •Analyze project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies
• •Create reports and dashboards to provide an overview of project status and key metrics
• •Assist in the development of project budgets and cost estimates
• •Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle
• •Continuously improve planning processes and methodologies
