- •Good knowledge of project management software like Microsoft Project or Oracle Primavera
- •Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
- •Experience with resource management tools and techniques
- •Good knowledge of risk assessment and risk mitigation strategies
- •Familiarity with life sciences industry processes, GMP, and FDA regulations
- •Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- •Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- •Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- •Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is advantageous
- •Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- •Fluent in English; German language skills are a requirement

- •Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans using advanced project management software
- •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and define project scope

- •Perform regular schedule updates and inform stakeholders of progress
- •Analyze project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies
- •Create reports and dashboards to provide an overview of project status and key metrics
- •Assist in the development of project budgets and cost estimates
- •Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle
- •Continuously improve planning processes and methodologies
