Description

Prototyping AI-enabled workflows and automated reporting for Parkinson's and Rett syndrome therapeutic research. Prior internship or leadership experience preferred. New hire and ongoing equity packages.

Requirements

• •Prior internship or leadership experience preferred
• •Ability to translate business problems technically
• •Familiarity with automation or AI/ML concepts
• •Structured analytical mindset and independent work
• •Strong communication and collaboration skills
• •Fluency in English
• •Ability to travel if needed
• •Interest in pharma or biotech industry
• •Strong organizational and time-management skills
• •High professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
• •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• •Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• •Initiative, curiosity, and willingness to learn
• •Enrollment at Swiss institution with permit

Tasks

• •Design and test AI-enabled solutions
• •Prototype automation to improve workflow efficiency
• •Automate reporting and data handling processes
• •Perform AI-assisted data analysis
• •Identify feasible AI use cases in pharmaceuticals
• •Collaborate cross-functionally to understand business workflows
• •Scope and deliver value-adding technical projects
• •Develop proof-of-concepts and implementation recommendations
• •Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• •Present findings and recommendations in a structured manner
• •Participate in strategic planning and team meetings
• •Contribute external perspectives on emerging technologies
• •Ensure solutions align with pharmaceutical compliance requirements
• •Complete a capstone project summarizing key learnings
