- Relevante Berufserfahrung in der Instandhaltung von Industrieanlagen, vorzugsweise im Bereich Halbleiterfertigung
- Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
- Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen und systematische, lösungsorientierte Herangehensweise
- Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Selbstständigkeit und praxisorientierte "Hands-on"-Mentalität
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit, gepaart mit Planungs- und Organisationstalent
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; Erfahrungen mit SAP und anlagenspezifischer Software von Vorteil
- Praktische Erfahrungen und idealerweise Fortbildungen im Bereich Prüfung elektrischer Anlagen und/oder Thermografie von Vorteil, kein muss
- Grundlegende Programmierkenntnisse (z.B. C++, SCL, KOP) oder Erfahrungen mit gängigen SPS-Steuerungen von Vorteil, keine Voraussetzung
Tasks
- Perform complex maintenance and repair on semiconductor production plants
- Service furnace systems and automated transport systems
- Monitor production plants and machine processes
- Identify and analyze failure hotspots and recurring issues
- Optimize plant uptime through process improvements
- Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance
- Manage stock and spare parts supply
- Document plant conditions and service interventions
- Train operational staff
- Serve as technical contact for internal projects
- Coordinate plant planning, installations, and relocations
- Provide regular updates on activities and plant status
- Align work priorities with the Head of Service and Maintenance
