Requirements

  • Completed apprenticeship in relevant field or university degree
  • GMP knowledge in GMP-regulated pharmaceutical industry preferred
  • Some experience in training
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) e.g. Cornerstone on Demand
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in German and English

Education

Vocational certification
OR
Bachelor's degree

Tasks

  • Conduct organizational assessments to identify training needs
  • Develop training curricula and instructional materials
  • Facilitate training sessions using various instructional techniques
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
  • Maintain records of training activities and participant progress
  • Ensure compliance of training activities and materials
  • Manage training resources, including venues and equipment
  • Leverage Learning Management Systems to track training activities
  • Stay updated on trends and technologies in training and development
  • Connect regularly with management on training progress and challenges
