Description

As a Technical Trainer, you will design and implement training programs that enhance employee skills and productivity. Your role involves assessing training needs, facilitating sessions, and ensuring compliance, all while staying current with industry trends.

Requirements

• •Completed apprenticeship in relevant field or university degree
• •GMP knowledge in GMP-regulated pharmaceutical industry preferred
• •Some experience in training
• •Strong organizational and project management skills
• •Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) e.g. Cornerstone on Demand
• •Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• •Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• •Fluency in German and English

Tasks

• •Conduct organizational assessments to identify training needs
• •Develop training curricula and instructional materials
• •Facilitate training sessions using various instructional techniques
• •Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
• •Maintain records of training activities and participant progress
• •Ensure compliance of training activities and materials
• •Manage training resources, including venues and equipment
• •Leverage Learning Management Systems to track training activities
• •Stay updated on trends and technologies in training and development
• •Connect regularly with management on training progress and challenges
