- Offer after-hours support for critical issues
- Perform preventive maintenance
- Monitor systems routinely
- Create and follow service schedules
- Review monitoring tools daily and weekly
- Identify and avoid potential interruptions
- Solve issues and prioritize them
- Escalate issues as needed
- Support global projects locally
- Train onsite support staff
- Set up and introduce technical equipment
