- Currently studying Computer Science, Mathematics, Robotics, Engineering, or related field
- University requirement or encouragement for practical training
- Eagerness for on-the-job skill development
- Enjoyment of teamwork and collaborative learning
- Good understanding of computing or software engineering fundamentals
- Curiosity, precision, and proactive attitude towards learning
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team
- National of a CERN Member State or Associate Member State
- Completed at least 18 months of studies (3 semesters)
- Not a PhD student or holder
- Good knowledge of English or French
- Remain enrolled as a full-time student during studentship
Tasks
- Learn from experienced engineers, technicians, and scientists
- Assist in ongoing projects in software development, computing infrastructure, or robotics
- Participate in daily technical activities under supervision
- Collaborate with an international, multidisciplinary team
- Exchange ideas within the team
