- Calculate, prepare, and sell repair quotes
- Request quotes from third-party suppliers
- Provide technical and commercial consultation to clients
- Negotiate repair contracts with customers
- Order materials from internal and external sources
- Plan and schedule repair interventions
- Collaborate with the service department
- Develop measures to increase customer satisfaction
- Support the service manager with repair orders
- Identify spare parts and calculate labor costs
