.Technical Sales Support MOD/BEX-R(m/w/x)

Requirements
- Technical training or professional diploma
- Solid understanding of elevator products, systems, and site conditions
- Experience with elevator installation, modernization, or technical sales
- Ability to work independently on complex technical issues
- At least 5 years in elevator installation, modernization, or technical commercial roles
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (highly recommended)
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with eLogistics and NE MOD CRM is an advantage
- Fluent English (company documentation)
- Regional language depending on location (French for West, German for Central/East, Italian for South)
- Additional Swiss regional languages and Spanish are strong assets
- Valid local driving license
- Mobility to visit customer sites, including environments requiring stair access
- Ability to travel between headquarters, regional offices, and worksites (occasional overnight stays)
- Strong organizational and analytical skills; able to prioritize effectively
- Rigorous, reliable, and results-oriented
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Proactive, with initiative and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Adaptable and resilient
Tasks
- Provide technical and commercial support for BEX-R and MOD projects
- Ensure technical feasibility and accurate offer preparation
- Coordinate between operations, head office, and factories
- Contribute to technical and financial project success
- Review shaft survey sheets and perform feasibility assessments
- Identify suitable products, preferably Otis, and prepare basic AutoCAD sketches
- Flag and communicate technical deviations
- Ensure technical and regulatory compliance with CLC product specialists
- Guide Sales Representatives through eLog configurations for complex projects
- Support Supervisors in validating project schedules
- Monitor project financials and review vendor budgets
- Ensure proper cost coverage through invoicing
- Assist Sales Representatives in preparing technical files and managing plan adaptations
- Support Supervisors and Sales in plan validation
- Deliver training to Sales teams and Supervisors on product updates and launches
- Provide feedback and report operational risks or issues
- Contribute to process improvement and best-practice sharing
- Ensure adherence to company standards in safety, quality, and ethics
- Handle project and customer information confidentially
