- Ensure residential distribution products are technically ready and compliant
- Own technical readiness and compliance of Sungrow's residential and C&I PV products
- Provide first-line technical support to EU Technical Sales, PSMs, and KAMs
- Conduct issue triage and root-cause analysis
- Escalate technical problems to HQ teams
- Maintain EU technical documentation including manuals, SOPs, FAQs, and presentations
- Develop technical training materials for installers and partners
- Contribute to knowledge bases, webinars, and LMS content
- Act as primary technical interface between EU teams and Sungrow HQ
- Ensure clear communication and alignment with HQ
