Technical Project Manager(m/w/x)

Description

As a Technical Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams in developing innovative products while ensuring projects meet quality standards and timelines. This role involves collaborating with internal and external partners to navigate complex technical challenges and drive successful project outcomes.

Requirements

• •Academic degree in engineering
• •More than 5 years experience in development and maintenance of complex technological products
• •More than 2 years experience in project management
• •Comfort with project management methodologies
• •Proactive and well-organized work ethic
• •Ability to manage stakeholders and drive priorities
• •Strong written and oral communication skills
• •Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
• •Fluent English skills, fluent German skills are a plus

Tasks

• •Lead cross-functional project teams to develop products for hyperpolarization technology
• •Support evaluation of new projects and define project scope and goals with stakeholders
• •Plan, coordinate, monitor, and manage projects to ensure quality and progress
• •Ensure development activities meet requirements and timelines for submissions and studies
• •Identify and assess project risks, defining mitigation and contingency strategies
• •Drive collaboration and effective communication within project teams and stakeholders
• •Act as the main contact for external partners and build sustainable relationships
• •Take on project member or work package owner roles as needed
• •Assist in defining and implementing project management best practices across the company
• •Support development and implementation of processes, services, or tools for successful delivery
