Requirements

  • •Engineering degree in relevant technical field
  • •Three years relevant professional experience
  • •Five years experience in systems engineering
  • •Experience in project execution and documentation
  • •Systematic and analytical mindset
  • •Experience with technical documentation tools
  • •Knowledge of AV and IT infrastructure
  • •Understanding of audio and video standards
  • •Fluency in English
  • •German at near native level
  • •Structured and quality-focused work style
  • •Open and effective communication skills

Education

Bachelor's degree
OR
Vocational certification

Tasks

  • •Analyze tender specifications and customer requirements
  • •Create and maintain detailed project documentation
  • •Develop drawings, cable plans, and floor plans
  • •Coordinate implementation plans with technical project engineers
  • •Support the PMO with regulatory and compliance requirements
  • •Coordinate on-site work with partners and other trades
  • •Supervise installation teams when no manager is on-site
  • •Act on feedback to improve implementation processes
  • •Monitor implementation workflows according to project plans
