- Set and enforce roadmap priorities
- Push back on non-essential requests
- Coordinate with external engineering partners
- Maintain scope discipline
- Resolve conflicts between client needs, technical limits, and compliance
- Make go/no-go decisions for integrations, features, and releases
- Align product development with long-term architecture and scalability
- Define and maintain the Hadron product roadmap
- Prioritize product initiatives by market, technical, and business impact
- Maintain Hadron's product vision across asset classes and blockchain networks
- Ensure long-term platform scalability and product coherence
- Translate business and market needs into product requirements
- Maintain the product backlog and development priorities
- Coordinate development cycles and feature releases
- Ensure timely delivery of roadmap milestones
- Act as the primary interface between product and engineering
- Coordinate development work with internal and external partners
- Document product features, APIs, and platform capabilities clearly
- Track platform performance, bugs, and technical improvements
- Collect and structure client and internal team feedback
- Identify and translate recurring integration challenges into product improvements
- Improve onboarding workflows and developer experience
