Requirements

Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
Professional experience as Technical Product Owner/Developer with AI focus
Solid product mindset, customer needs understanding, roadmap planning
Engage in system design, data flows, and tradeoffs
Lead through ambiguity and drive product implementation
Strong software and data engineering skills, data modeling
Knowledge of AI development tools, Google ADK experience preferred
Fluency in English required
Proficiency in reading/understanding German beneficial
Willingness to apply even if not 100% qualified

Tasks

Support Technology, Data and Innovation division
Work with cross-divisional experts on AI projects
Own end-to-end strategy and development of agentic solutions
Define product vision and align with business objectives
Oversee cross-functional execution of projects
Establish and promote best practices for reusability and scalability
Plan and re-engineer processes for agentic solutions
Convert business requirements into epics and user stories
Meticulously plan and manage sprints
Steer projects from concept to delivery
Facilitate workshops for project structuring and execution
Champion adoption of agentic and generative AI
Collaborate closely with engineering team
Align technical POCs and continuous testing
Define and monitor KPIs for impact measurement
Deliver AI Agent projects end-to-end in an agile setup
