- Identify and optimize engineer utilization levels
- Collaborate with Centers of Competence to balance workloads
- Organize internal and external training sessions
- Arrange visas, documentation, and travel bookings
- Identify and resolve machine breakdowns via the helpline
- Analyze and troubleshoot undefined machine errors
- Answer machine-related technical questions for customers
