Tasks
- Patienten-abgeleitete Organoide aus Tumor- und gesunden Gewebebiopsien etablieren
- Entwicklung und Optimierung von Organoid-Protokollen und Workflow-Plattformen unterstützen
- Patientenproben (z.B. Tumorgewebe, Blut) verarbeiten, handhaben und biobanken
- Experimentelle Verfahren und molekularbiologische Techniken durchführen und unterstützen
- Organoid-bezogene Daten und Metadaten dokumentieren und verwalten
- Patientenprobenakquise unterstützen, einschließlich Interaktion mit Kliniker:innen und Studienteams
- Zur Gesamtorganisation und Instandhaltung der Organoid-Plattform beitragen
