- •Confident MS Office use and advantageous SAP knowledge
- •Independent and structured work style
- •Very good written and spoken English
- •Willingness to travel occasionally in Europe

- •Address narrow web application questions and customer requirements
- •Provide technical support in the lab and on-site
- •Conduct product trials and perform troubleshooting

- •Develop tailor-made solutions based on product performance
- •Adapt testing methods to simulate customer results
